I serve the food I love to cook and the kind of food I love to eat in restaurants. Honest and simple ingredients, cooked properly, with bold flavours and the best quality produce.

The Chef

My name is Tom and I have 20 years experience gained at various fine dining restaurants, award-winning gastro pubs and 5 star hotels, in the London and Surrey area.

I created Honest Cook to try and recreate the atmosphere of a really good Brasserie or Bistro. Somewhere where the food is great but you can dress more casually and feel relaxed. You can just enjoy your guests and let the evening flow.
